What kind of license do I get?
Every product comes with a single-site license: use it on one site or store, with lifetime updates included. Need it on more than one site? Buy one license per site — no bundles or upsells.
How do I get my download?
Instantly. As soon as checkout completes, your files appear in My Account → Downloads, and you’ll also receive a receipt email with download links.
Do you offer refunds?
Because products are delivered as instant digital downloads, sales are generally final. If a product doesn’t work as documented on a compatible setup, email yuanhangsutong@gmail.com — we’ll fix it or make it right.
How do I get support?
Email yuanhangsutong@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue. Include your site URL or store URL and the product version — it gets you a faster answer.
I’m not a developer — can I still install these?
Yes. Every product ships with numbered installation steps and plain-English docs. WordPress products install like any plugin (Plugins → Add New → Upload); Shopify products install through the theme editor.
